I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being very clean and comfy. The hotel facilities, such as the pools and spa, were fantastic and provided a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the resort is fantastic, with easy access to shopping areas and hiking trails. Guests can enjoy the clean and inviting pools and SPA facilities. the rooms are well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay.
The children's club staff could benefit from being more attentive to the needs of the children, as highlighted in one of the reviews.

The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish we had was delicious and beautifully presented. The chef's creativity truly shone through. The service at the restaurant was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to both Meran and the hiking areas nearby. We also loved the pool and spa facilities, which were clean and well-maintained.
Some of the dishes were a bit too salty for our taste. The other aspect we didn't particularly like was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

The dinners were really good, and the staff working there were all friendly. the outdoor pool was also delightful, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the hotel's location was also convenient as it was close to both hiking areas and the city, which was certainly a plus.
The rooms were lacking in some ways, as the air conditioning was not strong enough during hot weather, which made sleeping uncomfortable. the hotel staff did not always exhibit good customer service, which was quite disappointing.

This hotel here fulfilled our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering massages and beauty treatments. the Indoor, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were well-maintained and a great place to relax. the restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was excellent.
the service was not up to the mark, and we had to wait for a long time to get our orders.
